Purge Campaigns, Eliminate Non-Essential Documents
Purge campaigns are a great way to free up file space and storage rooms. These events, when fun, are a huge success. Careful attention must be given to your company's destruction and retention policy, and with proper communication this can be accomplished. Purge campaigns (or "parties") can be scheduled quarterly, twice per year, or once per year. The campaigns can be designed around a particular charity or just to create a fun day in the office. When the whole company is involved your goals can be reached.
The J. D. Carton & Son team has helped many companies eliminate unwanted paper, files and documents. This has been done before a relocation, or just to help create more file space and to clean up storage areas. Whatever your reason we are ready to help. Our help will include reviewing your current policies, supplying bins, providing supporting collateral, and being the driving force to make sure your goals are met. It starts with a brief meeting where we will discuss your goals and wishes. We will perform a free evaluation of your current destruction and retention process where you will learn what you are doing correctly and where you may want to consider getting help.
